RENOVATION AND REDEVELOPMENT OF ST. PAUL FORMER BARRACKS
The new architecture, well blended with the existing building in the town centre of Monza, is designed to become a vibrant and living space for use by the local community.
According to the reference model of the London Idea Stores, visitors will be able to read, to learn a language, to attend an education course or a concert venue.
Beside the library, a music hall, a coffee-bar and an exhibition space overlook the internal green court. The new wings, as well as the restoration interventions on the existing ones, are designed with a sustainable approach, making use of low-impact, re-usable and natural materials and optimizing energy performances.
