RENOVATION AND REFURBISHMENT OF APARTMENT
The apartment, located in a building from the 1950s, was in its original conditions.
The renovation and refurbishment project reorganizes the internal space to meet all client’s requirements; the furniture design together with a careful study of the lighting solutions allowed to make the most of all spaces, without affecting the overall harmonious design, enhancing the architectural solutions and the internal finishes at the base of the whole apartment project.
The installation of new systems allows the reduction of energy needs; in particular a home automation system provides improved convenience, comfort and energy efficiency, increasing the indoor quality.
