RENOVATION AND REFURBISHMENT OF AN APARTMENT FROM THE 60S
An apartment from the sixties, located in the Italian Riviera in a small building a hundred meters from the sea, is refurbished through some interventions that give the space a fresh new look, renovated in colours, materials and internal organization.
The demolition of the original partition between the entrance and the living room allows the evolution from the former idea of enclosed entrance, by the time outdated, as access hall to the other rooms, to the more contemporary concept of whole bright space, open and homey right from the first steps into the apartment.
Kitchen and bathroom are completely renovated, adopting materials with vintage look and taste that well combines both with the original materials – marble and wooden floors kept unchanged in the other rooms – and with the clean and pure lines of the new furniture.
